Dear Friends of Ursuline,
The year 2012 was wonderfully successful for the Fulfilling the Promise Campaign. Our community joined together to get things done. Support comes in many different ways. Whether you served on the Campaign Cabinet or Turf Committee, worked on a trademark Mothers' Auxiliary event, organized or attended the Soccer Jamboree or Beyond Four Walls or Celebration of Italy, assisted with the Kelly Mac Field dedication, contributed to the Class of '67 Organic Garden, hosted or attended a 115 year celebration, or made a donation or pledge, I thank you for bringing us to this exciting point.
A quick look back at the year 2012 results. $2,042,436 was raised in new gifts and pledges! We showcased our academic programs, received our largest campaign pledge to date, earned an unprecedented campaign gift from our exceptional Mothers' Auxiliary, surpassed the fundraising goal for Kelly Mac Field, built a field and a garden, and increased participation in the Campaign across every constituency. We are firing on all cylinders indeed!
As of March 2013, $6.7 million has been secured in gifts and pledges. Pledges can be paid over the next 3-5 years but, our plan is to conclude soliciting for the Campaign in June 2013. With your continued support, I know we can meet our $8 million financial goal. I invite you to join in one of the most exciting endeavors in Ursuline School history by making a first gift or pledge, or consider increasing your investment in the school with an additional gift or pledge, to The Campaign for The Ursuline School: Fulfilling the Promise for Generations of Women.
