MOTHERS' AUXILIARY
Mission Statement
Confirming the Mission Statement of The Ursuline School, the Mothers' Auxiliary plays a vital role in the life of the school community by;
- Fostering a relationship between parents and the school;
- Encouraging involvement of the mothers of current students, to create a sense of community in the school.
- Providing volunteer opportunities to work for the good of the school community; and
- Raising funds for programs and events to enhance school life.
Meetings
Meetings are usually held the first Thursday of every month (as listed on the School Calendar), at 10 a.m. in the Province Center located next to Ursuline on North Avenue. Three evening meetings will be held at 7 p.m. in the cafeteria. The Principal attends every meeting and provides a monthly update of school events and news. If you cannot make the monthly meeting, you are welcome to join the Fathers' Club meetings in the evening, usually the first Tuesday of the month, as listed on the school calendar.
Fundraising
The Dinner Fashion Show is the primary fundraiser of the Mothers' Auxiliary. It is usually held on the first Thursday of December.
Dues
Dues are used to support various school events and mailing. As a member, you will receive a TUS Mothers' Auxiliary handbook, directory and monthly meeting notes by email.

FATHERS' CLUB
The Fathers' Club is a service organization that acts as a fundraising arm of The Ursuline School. All parents are invited to join. The club meets on the first Tuesday of every month during the school year.
The club sponsors an opening barbecue for all TUS families as well as the very popular annual Father- Daughter Dance in October, and other special events.
The fathers serve as chaperones at school dances and assist at events such as the May Fair.
The Fathers' Club provides an award to a qualified senior at graduation. The club also coordinates the annual senior class gift to the school.
